Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas
   We ship throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. If you’re outside major centres, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll get your order to you safely, no matter how scenic your address is.
2. Dispatch Time
   Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days once payment reflects.
   During peak seasons, special wine releases, or promotional periods, processing may take up to 5 working days.
3. Delivery Timeframes

• Main Centres: 5–8 working days
• Outlying Areas: 5–10 working days
• Remote Areas / Farms / Estates: 5–12 working days

Bitou Vineyards cannot be held liable for courier delays, but we’ll always help follow up and get your wine delivered as soon as possible.

4. Delivery Fees
   Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
   Free delivery may apply for promotional periods or minimum spend thresholds (when applicable).
5. Packaging & Breakage
   All orders are packed securely and professionally to protect the bottles during transit. If your order arrives damaged, notify us immediately — see our Refund & Returns Policy below.
6. Order Tracking
   Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
7. Failed Deliveries
   If no one is available to receive the parcel and it returns to the courier depot, additional redelivery fees may apply.
