- Housekeeping: Maid service is included on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday/Saturday. This service is provided for up to six guests. Should the guests exceed six, extra maid service will be required and charged at a daily rate of R500.00 per maid per day.
- Minimum Stay Policy: Our standard prices are calculated on a minimum stay of 7 nights. There is an additional short stay charge of 10% of the daily rate if the stay is less than 7days based on the owner’s approval and schedule availability.
- Breakage Deposit: An additional R20,000.00 breakage deposit is required and is fully refundable within 2-3 working days after your departure, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
