We want every purchase from Bitou Vineyards to feel as good as that first sip. If anything goes wrong, we\u2019re here to fix it fairly and efficiently.<\/p>

  1. Damaged, Broken or Incorrect Items<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    If your order arrives damaged, broken, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours<\/strong> of delivery with:<\/p>

    • Your order number<\/li>
    • Photos of the packaging and item(s)<\/li>
    • A brief description of the issue<\/li><\/ul>

      We will replace the affected items or issue a refund<\/strong>, depending on your preference and stock availability.
      Shipping costs for replacement items are covered by us.<\/p>

      1. Returns for Unopened Products<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

        If you change your mind, you may return unopened and unused products<\/strong> within 7 days<\/strong> of delivery.
        Conditions:<\/p>

        • Items must be returned in original packaging and resaleable condition<\/li>
        • Return shipping costs are for the customer<\/li>
        • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected<\/li><\/ul>

            For safety, hygiene, and legal compliance, the following cannot be returned or refunded:<\/p>

            • Opened wine bottles<\/li>
            • Used clothing or merchandise<\/li>
            • Gift cards or vouchers<\/li>
            • Sale, clearance, or promotional items<\/li>
            • Any product not purchased directly from our official online store<\/li><\/ul>

                Approved refunds will be processed within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong> via the original payment method.
                Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect.<\/p>

                  Orders may be cancelled before dispatch<\/strong> for a full refund.
                  Once the order has been couriered, the return policy above applies.<\/p>

                    If you believe your wine has a production fault (e.g., cork taint), contact us with the batch number and details.
